Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Bonaire Tours & Vacations website and services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from Bonaire Tours & Vacations. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

3. Payment

Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking. For B2B partners, invoicing terms are as agreed in individual contracts. For direct customers, payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type. Airport transfers cancelled more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Tours cancelled more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

5. Liability

Bonaire Tours & Vacations shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, road conditions, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bonaire. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bonaire.
